Services

Gold Leaf Universal LLC provides landscaping and outdoor enhancement services including but not limited to:

• Landscape design and installation
• Lawn care and maintenance
• Garden installation and plant care
• Hardscaping (stonework, pathways, patios)
• Outdoor lighting installation
• Property maintenance services

Service Agreements

All landscaping projects require a signed service agreement that outlines the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total cost. Verbal agreements are not binding. Changes to the original scope must be documented in writing and may affect the project timeline and cost.

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project size and complexity:

• A deposit (typically 30-50% of the project total) is required before work begins
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge

Warranties

Gold Leaf Universal LLC provides the following warranties:

• Workmanship warranty: One (1) year from project completion date
• Plant warranty: Ninety (90) days from installation, subject to proper client care
• Hardscape warranty: Two (2) years for structural integrity

Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather events, improper client maintenance, or third-party interference.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information and access to work areas
• Obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Marking underground utilities before excavation work begins
• Following care instructions for newly installed plants and landscapes
• Timely communication regarding project decisions and approvals

Limitation of Liability

Gold Leaf Universal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

Governing Law
