30-Day Refund Policy

At Gold Leaf Universal LLC, we stand behind the quality of our landscaping services. We offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible services as outlined below. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every project.

Eligibility for Refunds

The following are eligible for refund consideration within 30 days:

Consultation Fees

If you have paid for a professional consultation but decide not to proceed with a project, you may request a full refund of the consultation fee within 30 days of the consultation date.

Deposits for Cancelled Projects

If you cancel a project before work has commenced:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of deposit: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellation 8-14 days after deposit: 75% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation 15-30 days after deposit: 50% refund of deposit

Service Quality Issues

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of completed work, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of project completion. We will first attempt to remedy the issue at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be satisfactorily resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

  • Completed services that meet the agreed-upon specifications
  • Materials already purchased or custom-ordered for your project
  • Labor costs for work already performed
  • Projects cancelled after work has begun (subject to pro-rated adjustments)
  • Plant replacements required due to client neglect or improper care
  • Damage caused by weather events, pests, or third parties

How to Request a Refund

  3. Include any relevant documentation (photos, correspondence, receipts)
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Check refunds will be mailed to the address on file
